"Terminal" is announcing a vacancy for an Administrator position. For this position, we are looking for friendly and customer-oriented candidates who are ready to assist visitors and participate in the daily processes of the space.

Working hours: 09:00-15:00 or 15:00-21:00 (5 days a week, Monday-Friday)

Main responsibilities:

Greeting space members and visitors; Communicating with members and potential members via phone calls and email; Receiving payments, processing transactions, and conducting relevant procedures; Performing administrative functions - documentation, correspondence management; Ensuring smooth operation of programs; Communicating with space members, identifying their needs, and creating a friendly/pleasant atmosphere; Supporting the team in various activities.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

Customer-oriented; Friendly; Able to communicate in English at a conversational level; Able to work in a team.
