Job conditions:

** Position: Talent Attraction and Selection Specialist ** Work schedule: Office-based, Monday to Friday - 10:00-19:00. ** Office address: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue.

Key responsibilities:

** Managing the full recruitment cycle for vacant positions - from receiving the request to selecting and offering the candidate; ** Collaborating with Hiring Managers to determine the candidate profile, requirements, and selection criteria; ** Preparing, posting, and selecting relevant recruitment channels for vacancies; ** Actively searching for and selecting candidates, including using LinkedIn, job platforms, and direct search; ** Initial communication with candidates and conducting HR interviews; ** Evaluating candidates' experience, competencies, motivation, and position fit; ** Coordinating the selection process, planning interviews, and providing timely feedback to candidates; ** Participating in preparing and managing the offer process; ** Creating and developing a Talent Pool, including critical and frequently recurring positions; ** Analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment processes and channels and proposing improvement initiatives; ** Caring for the candidate experience at all stages of selection; ** Supporting employer brand and talent attraction initiatives; ** Managing/updating the recruitment database and relevant HR systems; ** Participating in other HR processes and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

** At least 2 years of experience in the recruitment field;

** Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle;

** Practical experience in active candidate search and headhunting;

** Knowledge of effective use of LinkedIn and job platforms;

** Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates;

** Good knowledge of Georgian and English languages;

** Experience working with HR/ATS systems.
