Junior Accountant

IT company "Syntax" (https://www.syntax.ge), whose goal is to provide high-quality IT services and products to the corporate sector, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior Accountant.

Work conditions:

** Location: Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili 145a

** Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:30.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Collecting, analyzing, and verifying information provided by departments for the budgeting process (during the month and at the end of the month);

** Participating in the preparation of financial reports - in accordance with the tasks of the immediate supervisor;

** Interacting with the company's debtors and creditors;

** Preparing monthly and weekly reports of debtors and creditors / performing comparisons with counterparties;

** Controlling the transfer of debts of debtors and creditors programmatically on a monthly basis (transfer of debts in dollars to GEL);

** Controlling fixed assets (by company);

** Preparing primary documents - invoices, waybills, etc.;

** Preparing internal acts of the company;

** Performing various tasks related to the work process.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting;

** At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;

** Knowledge of the accounting program "Balance" is desirable;

** Excel - very good;

** English language - B2 level;

** Ability to work with a team;

** Focus on details and organization;

** Analytical thinking.
