Marketing and Digital Communications Manager

"GeDe Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing and Digital Communications Manager.

The salary is from 1800 GEL, depending on experience and involvement.

Location: Tbilisi / with the possibility of partial remote work.

"GeDe Group" brings together several developing directions, including logistics related to Germany, sales of German furniture and products, a German paint brand in Georgia, and a socio-economic project.

We are looking for a responsible, creative, and result-oriented person who will help us develop the digital communication of GeDe Group's brands and projects.

This position is not just about posting. We need someone who can correctly understand different directions, plan content, manage social networks, systematically use short videos, run ads, and participate in attracting interested clients and supporters.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content plans for various brands;
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok channels;
• Plan, process, and publish short videos in Reels / Shorts format;
• Prepare simple visuals, covers, and posters in Canva;
• Use Meta Business Suite and manage basic advertising campaigns;
• Present products, services, and projects correctly;
• Primary, polite, and timely communication with comments and messages;
• Create visual materials - banners, posters, covers, advertising creatives, and more
• Use Google Forms / Google Sheets;
• Prepare weekly reports on completed work and results;
• Offer ideas to increase sales, awareness, and engagement.

We are particularly interested in someone who understands both commercial marketing and value-based project communication - can work on sales, build trust, and develop a long-term brand.

Requirements:

• The candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in SMM, content, or digital communication;
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube working principles;
• Understanding of Reels / Shorts format and experience working with short videos;
• Ability to use relevant work programs;
• Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language and text writing skills;
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and advertising;
• Organization, responsibility, and deadline management;
• Flexibility to work with different types of brands;
• Basic knowledge of English or German is desirable.
