Key responsibilities:
** Managing, monitoring, and constantly developing the clinic's business processes; ** Attracting and maintaining the outpatient clinic's revenues in accordance with the budget; ** Ensuring the development of the outpatient clinic, improving existing services, and implementing new projects; ** Managing patient safety and medical quality; ** Executing the planned budget and ensuring revenue growth; ** Researching the need for new services/directions/projects, compiling a business case, and initiating it with the direct supervisor; ** Ensuring high-quality service in the clinic, constantly monitoring the process, and caring for improvement; ** Controlling the production of medical documentation, outpatient internal and external reporting, and other forms; ** Ensuring the complete production of medical documentation/monitoring, to avoid corrections; ** Periodic assessment, analysis, and constant quality control of the performance of subordinate employees in fulfilling business tasks; ** Producing reports and providing them to the head office, if necessary, upon request.
