Junior Financial Analyst

The position is intended for a motivated candidate at the initial stage of their career who wants to develop in the field of financial analysis and gain practical experience in a large manufacturing company.

Main responsibilities - Collection, processing, and analysis of financial and operational data; - Participation in the preparation of periodic financial and management reports; - Comparison of budget and actual indicators; - Analysis of revenues, expenses, and other financial indicators; - Production of Excel spreadsheets, registers, and analytical models; - Preparation of presentations on financial indicators and short analytical conclusions; - Support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; - Receiving and processing information from various structural units of the company; - Performance of other relevant tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification requirements - Higher education in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, or related fields; - Knowledge of basic principles of financial analysis, accounting, and economics; - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; - English language proficiency at B1 level; - Work experience is not required; - Internship experience in the financial or audit field will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of PowerPoint and other office programs.
