Executive Assistant

FK Development is announcing a vacancy for the position of Executive Assistant Work location: Batumi Type of employment: Full-time

The company is looking for a motivated, responsible and organized professional to join the team and provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Director.

Main responsibilities: - Organize and support the Director's daily work process and operational activities; - Plan meetings and calls and manage the Director's work calendar; - Produce official correspondence, including emails, letters and documentation management; - Perform tasks assigned by the Director and monitor their progress; - Manage office administrative processes; - Control office supplies and coordinate with suppliers; - Organize team members' business trips, including providing air tickets, hotel and transportation; - Coordinate internal communication within the team; - Organize, arrange and archive company documentation.

Qualification requirements: - Good knowledge of foreign languages; - Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; - Knowledge of Chinese will be considered an advantage; - Strong organizational and time management skills; - High level of tidiness and attention to detail; - High sense of responsibility;
