Job conditions:

** Location: Tbilisi ** Working schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00). ** Remuneration: Fixed salary + bonus. ** Benefits: Health insurance package. ** Friendly and team-oriented work environment.

Key responsibilities:

** Market research and identification of potential clients; ** Regular communication with potential clients (phone calls, "Cold Calling") for sales purposes; ** Organization and conduction of meetings and presentations; ** Creation and constant updating of the client base; ** Thorough knowledge of the company's services and products; ** Communication with clients and partner transport companies; ** Processing of incoming requests, preparation of price quotations and competitive offers; ** Conducting negotiations and formalizing orders; ** Planning, organization and control of transportation; ** Operational involvement in problematic situations and adequate response; ** Monitoring of transportation and provision of information to clients about cargo status; ** Growth of the client portfolio and provision of after-sales service; ** Planning of daily activities, reporting and fulfillment of set plans; ** Performance of daily tasks.

Qualification requirements and personal qualities:

** Good knowledge of English and Russian languages; ** Knowledge of MS Office programs; ** Ability to effectively manage time and plan work; ** Effective communication and negotiation skills; ** Teamwork skills and high sense of responsibility; ** Organizational skills and ability to adapt to different situations; ** Advantage will be given to those with experience working in a sales and/or forwarding (expedition) company.
