Location: Tbilisi

Work Schedule: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

Comply with and execute AHT's internal labor regulations, code of conduct and ethics, and relevant policy documents;

Complete patient history based on information provided by the doctor;

Organize medical documentation (history);

Find, collect, and provide documentation requested by the doctor;

Timely and complete production of medical documentation;

Provide patient service according to service standards;

Communicate with patients (by phone, email, in-person) as instructed by the doctor to monitor the disease;

Comply with labor safety, safety techniques, sanitation, and fire protection rules and regulations;

Perform other job-related duties.

Qualification Requirements:

Professional or higher education in the following fields: Medicine, Nursing;

One-year experience in a similar position;

Knowledge of computer programs;

English language proficiency at B2 level.

Ability to communicate effectively;

Analytical thinking;

Ability to work in a stressful environment;

Time management skills;

Ability to collect and analyze information;

Ability to work with minimal supervision;
