a) Main responsibilities:
Together with relevant structural units/persons, develop effective and transparent mechanisms for evaluating the university's activities; Implement and promote quality assurance mechanisms to ensure the university's smooth and effective operation; Lead the self-assessment process for authorization and accreditation, in collaboration with relevant structural units; Develop a system for evaluating the productivity/effectiveness of academic staff's scientific-research activities, in collaboration with the Center for Promoting Scientific-Research Activities, and participate in the evaluation process; Develop and implement an effective evaluation system for academic/invited staff's academic activities, in close collaboration with relevant structural units; Assess educational programs and identify needs for updating or implementing them, based on authorization/accreditation requirements and internal quality assurance mechanisms, and collaborate with faculties to implement necessary changes; Evaluate educational programs and syllabi at the development stage and implement relevant activities as needed; Assess changes to educational programs, program updates, or new programs for compliance with established standards, and prepare a relevant conclusion for the Governing Board, following a decision by the Faculty Council; Promote the introduction of a quality culture at the university; Develop recommendations based on the analysis of evaluation results, submit them to relevant structural units/persons, assess the response of structural units to recommendations, and monitor the implementation of planned responses, sharing additional recommendations as needed; Perform other powers, in accordance with the institution's goals and objectives, and based on the specific nature of the job.
b) Qualification requirements:
Higher education, at least Master's degree; 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of experience in quality development; MS Office (Word - very good, Excel - good, PPT - very good); English language - B2 level (speaking, writing).
