Location: Ketevan Tsamembulishvili Street #44/3, Tbilisi, Georgia Schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 Work schedule: Full-time Remuneration: Fixed salary 1500 (NET) + quarterly bonus
Main functions and responsibilities:
Full inventory of parts and materials in the warehouse; Categorization and systematization of existing stocks; Assigning a unique code/SKU to each part; Standardization of product names, technical characteristics and units; Division of the physical warehouse space into zones and determination of locations; Organization of the receiving and issuing process in the warehouse; Creation/management of a real-time (Live) balance accounting and control system; Control of minimum and critical balances; Conducting periodic inventory and identifying differences; Coordination of information with the purchasing/supply team; Control of deficient, slow-moving and excess stocks; Constant updating of warehouse data in the system; Preparation of periodic reports on stocks for management.
Requirements:
Knowledge of warehouse stock management and inventory principles; Knowledge of SKU/coding system and product standardization; Knowledge of warehouse location and zoning organization; Knowledge of control of minimum, critical, excess and slow-moving stock balances; Knowledge of receipt-issue and balance movement control; Good knowledge of Excel; Experience working in ERP/WMS system; Ability to prepare stock reports and analytical data.
