Marketing Manager

Veterinary company "Invet" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Manager.

Invet LLC is a leading company in the veterinary field in Georgia, operating on the Georgian market for 25 years and implementing modern technologies in accordance with ISO standards.

The company's main areas of activity are: development of veterinary services for the farm sector, production of combined feed for the farm sector, production and import of veterinary medicines, and sale and import of pet food and care products.

The company has 35 branches across Georgia, where both farm products and pet products are sold.

Work schedule: full-time (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00) Work location: Tbilisi Compensation: based on experience and qualifications, by agreement

Main responsibilities:

• Developing the company's marketing strategy;
• Increasing the company's awareness;
• Ensuring the continuous development of marketing and brand development activities;
• Working on new products and brands;
• Close collaboration with the sales department, increasing sales and leading marketing activities;
• Conducting market research and making marketing analyses;
• Studying market demands, trends, and growth prospects;
• Developing a marketing strategy to develop the export direction, planning and implementing relevant activities;
• Analyzing and providing insights on competitors;
• Creating an advertising strategy for the company and each product;
• Organizing the company's participation in local and international events (exhibitions, conferences, etc.);
• Providing timely marketing support to structural units;
• Ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the company's website and social media;
• Interacting with advertising companies, mass media, and social media;
• Interacting with research organizations;
• Interacting with partner companies and, if necessary, customers.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in marketing/business administration is desirable;
• Experience working in a similar position;
• Conversational and written knowledge of English and Russian.

• Creativity and analytical thinking;
• Communication skills;
• Team management skills.
