The company "InnoTeam" announces a vacancy for the position of Group Manager (Western Georgia).

Work schedule: Full-time, five days a week;

Workplace: Kutaisi

Remuneration: To be agreed upon, according to the candidate's qualifications;

Main responsibilities:

• Managing a team of medical representatives, introducing sales goals, constant monitoring and evaluation of results;

• Stimulating sales, monitoring competitors and consumer market trends, and collecting information;

• Controlling plan execution, analyzing results, and planning work processes to achieve the best results;

• Analyzing problematic situations and planning appropriate steps, initiating corrective actions;

• Familiarizing yourself with daily reporting, analysis, and feedback;

• Monitoring the involvement of team members in work processes;

• Supporting the team in strengthening the skills necessary for their activities;

• Initiating/planning various marketing activities;

• Producing activity-related documentation;

• Regular reporting to direct supervisor.

Basic qualification requirements:

• Higher medical education;

• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position at a pharmaceutical company;

• Proficiency in office programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at a user level;

• Desirable: English and Russian language skills at a communicative level;

• Possession of a driver's license
