"Kalantarov's Clinic", Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is based on professionalism.

Working conditions:

** Workplace: Tbilisi, Givi Zhvania St. N 4; ** Schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00 - 18:00; ** Rate: Full - 40 hours a week ** Break: 13:00-15:00; ** Remuneration: 1250 GEL accrued;

Position: Registrar

Functions and responsibilities:

** Registration of patients in the corresponding program; ** Preparation of necessary documentation for patients; ** Verification of documentation; ** Referral of registered patients to the relevant specialist; ** Provision of information requested by the patient (search/verification); ** Protection of confidential information and secure management of personal data; ** Performance of other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, if necessary;

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education; ** Conversational knowledge of Russian/English; ** Knowledge of office programs; ** Desirable experience in a similar position; ** Ability to react to problems in a timely manner; ** Teamwork skills; ** Ability to work in a stressful situation; ** High sense of responsibility; ** Punctuality;
