Barman

The five-star hotel/restaurant chain "IOTA Hotel Ttbilisi" located in the city center announces a vacancy for the position of Barman.

"IOTA Hotels" provides the public with high-standard, sophisticated service in a cozy and unique environment.

Main responsibilities:

** Ensuring high-level bar operations ** Implementation of established standard procedures of "IOTA Hotel" ** In-depth knowledge of bar products - alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and offering them to guests ** Layout and storage of products for sale in the bar according to established rules ** Fast, efficient and high-quality preparation of drinks ** Preparation/ordering of the work area according to hotel standards ** Proper use, maintenance, storage and inventory of bar equipment, dishes and accessories.

Main requirements:

** At least 1-2 years of work experience as a barman ** Knowledge of modern bar organization, functioning and customer service theory and practice ** Compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms ** English and Russian language skills at a communicative level.

Personal qualities:

** High sense of responsibility ** Orientation towards high-quality service ** Knowledge of the food and beverage service sector ** Friendly approach to customers ** Punctuality and organization ** Attention to detail ** Time management and prioritization skills ** Ability to work independently and as a team.
