Remote Night Operator

A company with many years of experience in the service sector is looking for a responsible and communicative person for the position of a remote night operator.

What does the position involve?

** Handling incoming phone calls and messages;   ** Receiving orders from customers and fixing them in the relevant system;   ** Coordination of orders and communication with relevant persons;   ** Providing drivers with the necessary technical information;   ** Timely response to possible technical or other problems arising from drivers.

Who are we looking for?

** It is necessary for the candidate to live in Tbilisi or near Tbilisi;   ** At least a complete general education;   ** The ability to communicate clearly and fluently in Georgian;   ** Basic computer skills;   ** High level of responsibility and attention to work;   ** Ability to work independently and make decisions;   ** Experience / readiness to work in night shifts.

Training

The employee will undergo the necessary training on site before starting work, within which they will get acquainted with the specifics of the work, the systems used, and the basic principles of the work process. Subsequently, the work will be performed remotely.

Working conditions:

** Schedule: every second night   ** The working shift can be: 19:00-09:00 or 17:00-07:00   ** Salary: 800 GEL
