Company "Beko" announces a vacancy for the position: Service Operator

Location: Tbilisi, Farsadani 5; Working hours: Monday - Friday 10:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-15:30 Salary: 1800 GEL

Requirements: - Higher education in any field - At least 2 years of work experience in a home appliance service center in this position; - Knowledge of English and Russian at a communicative level, knowledge of Turkish at B2 level will be considered a priority; - Experience working with 1C ERP; - Knowledge of office computer programs (Power Point, Excel, Internet, Ms.Office) - Driving license category B (mandatory)

Main responsibilities: - Responding to incoming service calls and providing an appropriate response; - Opening receipts in the program related to customer service; - Periodic checking of canceled and workshop receipts, quantitative analysis, and systematic informing of the direct supervisor; - Transferring service receipts to technical personnel and writing off corresponding spare parts programmatically; - Realization of spare parts to customers; - Providing detailed reports to the service manager about the services provided to customers within a predetermined period;
