Responsibilities:
** Preparation of design and working drawings for Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
** Design of cold/hot water, sewage, drainage, fire protection, and pumping systems, as well as technical calculations.
** Hydraulic calculations of pipelines, selection of diameters, pumps, boilers, and other equipment.
** Preparation and updating of BOQ, technical specifications, and material lists.
** Coordination of design with various engineering disciplines and implementation of Clash Detection using Revit/Navisworks.
** Technical control of design documentation, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, and As-Built drawings.
** Technical supervision of design solutions at the site, control of quality, and compliance with the project.
** Preparation of responses to RFIs and resolution of technical issues arising at the site.
** Management of design documentation revisions and changes.
** Technical communication and coordination with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualification Requirements:
** Higher education in a relevant engineering field;
** At least 3-4 years of work experience in water supply, sewage, and fire protection systems, with in-depth knowledge;
