LTD HORIZONS GROUP announces a vacancy for the position of Legal Counsel

Permanent work location: Batumi Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break) Remuneration: Depending on experience

Responsibilities: - Protection and representation of the company's interests in common courts of Georgia, - In law enforcement and administrative bodies, as well as in relations with other third parties; - Providing legal support to the company and its partners, presenting legal assessments, analysis, and conclusions (including the advisability of applying to a dispute resolution body, etc.), participating in negotiations with parties; - Preparation of documentation related to arising disputes and submission to the relevant authority/person (administrative/judicial bodies and parties); - Preparation of drafts of the company's internal legal acts and contracts (agreements) and ensuring their compliance with the company's regulatory legal acts and internal management documents; - Conducting legal expertise of correspondence prepared by the company's structural units and officials, providing relevant comments and recommendations if necessary; - Reviewing incoming correspondence and responding accordingly, preparing substantiated letters if necessary; - Attending partner meetings and providing legal consultations on issues to be discussed upon request; - Registration of contracts/agreements/memoranda concluded by the company, court case materials, and maintaining relevant registers; - Ensuring registration of immovable and movable property owned by the company with the registration authority; - Constant monitoring of legislative news and changes related to the company's activities, analyzing them, and providing relevant information to the company's management and structural units; - Performing all other professional tasks necessary for effective implementation of assigned duties;

Professional requirements: - Higher legal education; - Experience in court representation; - Knowledge of Georgian administrative and civil legislation; - Proficiency in MS Office programs; - High-level proficiency in Russian and English.
