Branch Manager

Company "Megasport", a clothing store of The North Face, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Branch Manager for its Batumi branch and offers the job to motivated and energetic candidates.

Main responsibilities:

** Organize and control the daily activities of the store;

** Manage the sales process and ensure the achievement of sales targets;

** Manage, motivate and develop the sales team;

** Plan and control the work schedule of employees;

** Ensure a high standard of customer service;

** Maintain store visual standards and brand standards;

** Control the receipt, placement and inventory of products;

** Control cash operations and relevant documentation;

** Timely resolution of problematic situations;

** Control the implementation of company's internal procedures and rules.

Requirements:

** At least 6 months of experience in a similar position;

** Preferably experience working in the clothing sales direction;

** Conversational knowledge of Russian and English.
