Job Title: Concrete Construction Production Manager Work Location: Poti Work Schedule: Full-time

Qualification Requirements: - Higher education in construction, civil engineering, or a related technical field; - At least 3-5 years of experience in managing production processes; - Experience in the production of reinforced concrete structures, precast elements, or prestressed concrete is desirable; - Knowledge of concrete technology and construction production processes; - Experience in a managerial position is desirable; - Intermediate-level knowledge of MS Office programs;

Responsibilities: - Complete management of the production process of prestressed concrete and other reinforced concrete structures; - Daily planning, organization, and coordination of production work; - Determination of production volume plans based on orders provided by the construction department and external sales; - Management of production personnel, task distribution, and performance control; - Creation of production schedules and ensuring deadline compliance; - Quality control of manufactured products, identification and elimination of defects; - Accounting and monitoring of manufactured products; - Logistics planning and control of process efficiency; - Inventory management of concrete, reinforcement, molds, and other materials used in the production process, control of efficient use; - Development of initiatives to increase production efficiency and improve processes; - Control of the proper functioning of machinery and equipment used in production; - Ensuring compliance with labor safety, environmental protection, and technical safety requirements; - Preparation of production reports and regular information supply to management; - Effective coordination with technical, logistics, and quality control teams.
