"Finbureau" has been operating in the field of loan obligations management since 2015. The main direction of the organization is the economic recovery of entities, for which it acquires loan portfolios from banks and microfinance institutions. Finbureau has 18 branches and over 800 employees.

"Finbureau" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Loan Obligations Management Officers Group in Zugdidi.

Working hours: Monday-Friday: 10:00-18:00 Remuneration: 1500 GEL + bonus

Responsibilities:

Formation of the Loan Obligations Management Officers Group, search for staff; Ensuring and being responsible for the quality of work performed by subordinate employees and increasing results; Monitoring the process of fulfilling tasks assigned to employees; Ensuring that subordinate employees work in accordance with the company's internal regulations and discipline.

Qualification requirements:

Experience in working in this position is necessary; Higher education; Knowledge of office computer programs (MS Word; MS Excel; MS Outlook).
