A logistics company that has been successfully operating in the American market for 6 years is announcing a vacancy for an HR position.

Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday

• Working hours: 17:00 – 01:00 (with a 1-hour time difference, according to American time)

Main responsibilities

• Communicate with existing drivers and receive and verify updated documentation from them;

• Daily work with email and timely processing of incoming and outgoing information;

• Update and organize driver-related information and documentation in the existing database;

• Timely communication with team members and provision of necessary information and documentation;

• Contact former drivers, interview them, and support their re-engagement process if possible;

• Communicate with insurance companies if necessary to find, receive, or verify driver documentation;

• Use various American sources to find potential drivers, conduct initial communication/interviews, and add their data to the relevant system.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience working in HR; 1-2 years of experience is desirable, especially in an English-language work environment;

• Experience working in logistics or transportation;

• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level for communication with various individuals in English;

• Ability to work effectively with email;

• Good communication and organizational skills;

• High sense of responsibility and attention to work;

• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively.
