Social Media and Content Specialist

Real estate company "Target Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Social Media & Content Specialist.

Company Overview:

The company specializes in real estate sales, partnership negotiations, and the search and realization of commercial objects, providing fast, efficient, and result-oriented services.

Working Conditions:

** Work schedule: Monday to Friday ** Working hours: 12:00 - 19:00 ** Saturday, Sunday: days off ** Salary: 2000 GEL (fixed) ** Location: Tbilisi, Didi Dighomi, Marshal Gelovani Avenue N13

Key Requirements:

** Good knowledge of English (mandatory);

** Experience working with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.);

** Experience in creating content and managing social media;

** Creative thinking and knowledge of modern trends;

** Knowledge of adobe premiere, after effect, Photoshop, or similar programs is necessary;

Good communication skills;

** Ability to plan and organize content;

** High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

** Managing and developing the company's social media pages;

** Creating creative and informational content for social media;

** Planning and preparing posts, Reels, Stories, and short videos;

** Creating attractive content about the company's real estate objects;

** Developing a content plan and regularly updating it;

** Searching for social media trends, new formats, and current topics;

** Taking/processing photos and videos and preparing relevant visual materials;

** Preparing content texts (Copy) in Georgian and English;

** Working on increasing audience engagement;

** Monitoring and reporting social media statistics and results.
