Job description - As a Cashier-Operator / Pawnshop appraiser, you will ensure: - High-quality, accurate, fast, and qualified customer service; - Polite, friendly, and warm attitude towards customers; - Interview with the customer, recording their loan request, and familiarizing them with the bank's pawnshop procedures and tariffs; - Assessment of collateral; - Drawing up contracts and acts of appraisal of valuables; - Transfer of received valuables to storage; - Issuance and formalization of credit in the relevant software; - Return of valuables in full or in part when the loan is fully or partially repaid; - In case of overdue credits, compliance with the procedures related to realization within the established deadlines. - Sending / cashing fast money transfers - Working with AI tools and modern technologies - Conversions
