About the Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the testing of products in the fintech and self-service areas. This is a role where responsibility for quality is real: the systems you will test work with money and thousands of users daily.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and technical documentation, identify ambiguities and contradictions at an early stage;
• Compile and update test documentation;
• Conduct functional, regression and integration testing;
• Describe defects, prioritize and manage their life cycle;
• Daily communication with engineers, business analysts and relevant product managers;
• Assess release readiness and support going into production.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in manual testing on real commercial projects;
• In-depth knowledge of testing theory and practice;
• Ability to write high-quality, reproducible bug reports;
• Experience working with test management and issue tracking systems (Jira);
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• English language skills sufficient to work with technical documentation.

Will be considered an advantage:

• Experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger);
• Basic SQL knowledge for independent data verification;
• Knowledge of the fintech, banking or payment systems domain;
• Experience working with hardware (terminals, printers, payment machines);
• Basic understanding of test automation.
