"Mr. Master" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Manager.

Position purpose:

Direct leadership and daily management of the company's team of craftsmen (masters) - control of order execution, monitoring of craftsmen's work and quality assurance, direct responsibility for increasing team discipline and performance, optimal use of resources and ensuring service continuity;

Work conditions:

**Fixed salary: 3000 net GEL **Quarterly bonus: depending on KPI performance **Work schedule: full-time

Qualification requirements:

**Higher education (Business Administration, Technical direction or Management); **At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position; **Experience in services, construction, household services or a similar field is prioritized, where the candidate has direct experience in daily management of craftsmen/technicians; **Knowledge of office computer programs; **Real, practical experience in team management;

Main functions and responsibilities:

**Daily planning, distribution and control of the work of the team of masters; **Monitoring of daily work procedures of masters and their disciplinary behavior; **Direct involvement in complex, non-standard situations, support of craftsmen in organizing additional brigades, tools or other issues necessary for order execution; **Permanent meetings with the team, analysis of the current situation; **Various types of internal reporting (financial, quantitative); **Ensuring the fulfillment of monthly KPI parameters together with the team; **Ensuring communication and coordination with different departments; **Execution of tasks received from the direct supervisor;
