Occupational Safety Specialist, Junior Occupational Safety Specialist

A consulting company "Concept of Safety" (COS) focused on corporate safety is announcing a vacancy for two positions.

The company has been operating on the market since 2019, and its goal is to help businesses create a safe working environment, taking into account Georgian legislation and international practices. Since its establishment, the company's 25-member expert team has provided services to over 250 medium and large companies in various sectors. In total, COS has ensured the creation of a safe working environment for employees at approximately 1700 facilities, in accordance with local and international standards. COS offers its clients the implementation of safety systems, audits, trainings, environmental protection, food safety, and measurement of workplace factors.

1. Occupational Safety Specialist (on a construction site)

Remuneration: 1500-2500 GEL (depending on qualifications and experience).

Main responsibilities:

Constant monitoring of occupational safety and health norms at the construction site. Identification of hazards, risk assessment, and planning/implementation of preventive measures. Conducting introductory, periodic, and unscheduled briefings for personnel. Control over the correct use of individual and collective protective equipment. Recording, investigation, and response to incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases. Production and updating of mandatory documentation in accordance with Georgian legislation.

Qualification requirements:

Accredited certificate in occupational safety (mandatory). At least 1-2 years of experience in occupational safety in the construction sector. Knowledge of Georgian occupational safety legislation and technical regulations. Principality and high sense of responsibility.

2. Junior Occupational Safety Specialist

Remuneration: 500 GEL.

Additional conditions and application procedure:

Working schedule: full-time, 40 hours a week. Workplace: Tbilisi.
