Reservation Manager Assistant

JSC "Georgia Destination Management", which is engaged in inbound tourism and has partner companies in Gulf and DMC countries, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Reservation Manager Assistant.

Qualification requirements and working conditions:

** Strong knowledge of Russian and English languages at a communicative level (both conversational and written skills)

** Knowledge of office programs (Microsoft Office: Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook).

** Working hours: 10:00 -18:00 from Monday to Friday;

** Salary - 1500 GEL (NET) and bonus; (candidates with tourism / hotel experience are considered)

Responsibilities:

** Professional communication with foreign and local partners via email and other channels - cooperation to agree on tourist offers, prices, and contract terms.

** Constant connection with hotels and other service providers - making, confirming, managing changes or cancellations of reservations.

** Creating and offering interesting and competitive tourist packages for different categories of tourists (group).

** Reservation management: accurate and timely recording of received reservations in the reservation system, updating and controlling data.

** Participation in internal or international business trips, meetings, and events as a representative of the company, if necessary.

Required skills:

** Good written and verbal communication skills,

** Ability to professionally resolve problematic issues;

** Conduct negotiations to achieve the desired result;
