Function - responsibilities:

Daily preparation of food for approximately 50 employees; Daily menu planning, preparation of diverse, delicious and balanced dishes; Determining the required quantity of products in advance and planning orders; Controlling the quality of received products and storage conditions; Rational use of food and minimizing losses; Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen, inventory and workspace; Compliance with sanitary-hygienic and food safety norms; Independent and organized management of daily kitchen activities.

Qualification requirements:

Experience working as a cook; Experience in preparing food for at least 40-50 people will be considered an advantage;

Skills:

Ability to correctly calculate the quantity of dishes and product needs; High standard of cleanliness; Responsibility, punctuality and organization; Ability to use products economically and efficiently.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Didi Dighomi, Demetre Tavdadze 29. Work schedule: Full-time Salary is paid twice a month; The company provides one-time meals. Fully equipped company kitchen; Stable and long-term job. Salary: By agreement, according to the candidate's experience and qualifications.
