JSC "NMG Nikora Management Group" subsidiary company, LLC "Nikora" announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Technical Service:

Workplace: Nadzaladevi, Al. Mrevlishvili #2

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00.

Main functions-responsibilities:

** Daily shift schedules across production;

** Informing subordinates about identified malfunctions / disruptions in production and ensuring their elimination;

** Monitoring the correctness of the repair process;

** Studying the condition of machines, determining their load capacity, and providing recommendations;

** Making decisions on continuing or suspending work based on the emergency condition of machines;

** Determining and monitoring the principles of the repair and operation process of machines and inventory;

** Controlling the proper functioning of machines and, in case of damage, determining the types and quantities of necessary / replacement parts for procurement;

** Identifying appropriate suppliers of technical materials and machine parts in the local or foreign market;

** With the direct manager's consent, personally contacting local suppliers, conducting negotiations, agreeing on conditions, and preparing technical tasks;

** Determining the parameters of materials or parts to be purchased in the foreign market and informing the head of the logistics service to carry out the purchase

** Determining the required machine volume, load, and other technical characteristics based on the production specifics, in agreement with the direct manager;

** Managing the process of introducing new machines and teaching subordinates the principles of working with them;

** Involvement in modifying innovations, implementing changes, and timely informing subordinates;

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education;

** 3 years of work experience, including 2 years in a managerial position;

** Microsoft Office (Word - average, Excel - good);

** English language proficiency at B2 level;

** Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
