LLC High-Tech Hospital "Medcenter" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Registrar.

Work location: Batumi, Pushkini St. N118

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Conversational knowledge of English and Russian languages;
• User-level knowledge of office programs.

Professional skills:

• Punctuality and organization;
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment;
• Orientation towards details and results;
• Communicativeness and proper speech;
• Teamwork skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Receiving and registering patients;
• Providing patients with information about clinic services;
• Assisting patients in receiving relevant medical services;
• Recording patients for medical services;
• Receiving and managing phone calls;
• Issuing/interpreting laboratory test results according to established rules;
• Communicating with insurance and other companies on patient-related issues;
• Performing other job duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
