Job responsibilities:
Monitoring the technical condition of vehicles; Controlling and organizing the timing of scheduled technical services; Recording and effective management of unscheduled damages and services; Transferring vehicles to service centers and regions / organizing transportation; Coordinating the process of equipping vehicles with special devices; Recording scheduled and unscheduled work and expenses in the internal system; Managing fuel, monitoring, recording, and analyzing fuel consumption data; Daily communication with contractors, service centers, and suppliers; Coordinating spare parts and technical service processes; Controlling vehicle maintenance and cleanliness; Managing vehicle documentation (insurance, technical inspection, invoices, etc.).
