Main direction: Auto service, store, and warehouse Working schedule: Full-time Location: Tbilisi, Grigol Lortkhipanidze 116 (former Cairo Street) Remuneration: Fixed salary + sales bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling, managing, and developing the team.
• Planning and executing the sales growth strategy.
• Ensuring timely and quality service for corporate partners (companies).
• Organizing and managing the daily activities of the auto service (mechanics), auto parts store, and warehouse.
• Controlling program balances and periodic inventory.
• Managing spare parts stocks and purchases.
• Preparing financial indicators, sales, and balance reports for management.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position (preferably in the auto service, auto parts, or logistics field).
• Good knowledge of vehicle structure and spare parts specifics.
• Leadership skills, high sense of responsibility, and crisis management skills.
