Sales Manager

Medical Clinic "Med-Diagnostics" is announcing a vacancy for a Sales Manager position. The clinic provides laboratory and outpatient services.

The medical clinic is looking for a motivated and communicative Sales Manager who will be responsible for promoting the clinic's services, developing a partner network, and attracting new patients.

Work location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday Remuneration: 2000-2500 GEL (depending on experience), bonus system, insurance, fuel reimbursement

Job responsibilities:

Establishing and developing business relationships with doctors, medical institutions, clinics, and partner organizations; Presenting the clinic's medical services, programs, and specialized areas; Finding new partners and developing cooperation opportunities; Planning and implementing visits to increase patient flow; Organizing regular meetings with representatives of the medical field; Market research, competitor analysis, and preparation of relevant reports; Participating in the development and implementation of a plan for developing sales and referral networks; Representing the clinic at conferences, medical events, and professional meetings; Recording visits and results in the CRM system; Preparing weekly and monthly activity reports; Submitting recommendations to management on market trends and development opportunities; Promoting a positive image and brand of the clinic.

Basic requirements:

Higher education in medicine, pharmacy, public health, or related fields; Experience working as a medical representative will be considered an advantage; Ability to sell and negotiate; Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; knowledge of English and/or Russian will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of MS Office programs; B category driver's license and driving experience are desirable.
