Customer Relationship Manager

Company "Archi" is a leading development company in Georgia, established in 2006. We have successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager at "Archi", whose main functions will be:

** To ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and positive customer experience;

** To ensure effective communication with customers, receive and respond to phone calls, written appeals, and other messages in a timely manner, and organize meetings as needed;

** To provide customers with information about planned, ongoing, and completed works, as well as other important news;

** To collect customer feedback, identify their needs and expectations, and initiate relevant improvements;

** To ensure the smooth operation of the service process, identify customer requests and problems, coordinate with relevant structural units, and monitor their timely and effective resolution;

** To reflect and update customer information in the database and CRM system in a timely manner, ensuring the accuracy of the information.

Working hours: up to 40 hours per week;

Remuneration: 1300 GEL (take-home pay) + bonus (starting from 1 month after employment). The total monthly remuneration, including the bonus, averages 1800-2000 GEL.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education or/and a student in the final year;

** Experience in the service sector is desirable.
