Warehouse Supervisor

A wood construction company is announcing a vacancy for a Warehouse Supervisor position. We are looking for an organized, responsible, and experienced professional to ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our production warehouse.

Employment type: Full-time Work schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00). Location: Kutaisi, Free Industrial Zone.

Key responsibilities:

Receiving, accounting, and storing raw materials (wood materials, glue, auxiliary components) and finished products (wooden coils); Continuous control of warehouse inventory, leading and monitoring the inventory process; Timely and uninterrupted supply of materials needed for the production line; Supervising the loading and preparation of finished products for transportation; Organizing and routing the work process of warehouse personnel and auxiliary workers; Strictly ensuring labor safety, fire norms, and order in the warehouse; Producing documentation, filling out acceptance acts, and reflecting them in the relevant program (Excel / ERP).

Qualification requirements:

Work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (experience in the production sector will be considered an advantage); Basic skills in working with warehouse and office programs (MS Excel); Ability to effectively manage a team and organize work processes; High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to react quickly in a stressful environment.
