A subsidiary company of JSC "Nikora Management Group" LLC "Intraid" announces a vacancy for the position of Brand Manager in the Commerce and Import direction, in the Confectionery and Grocery category:

Work location: Tbilisi, Faikres str. #14

Work schedule: 10:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Conduct commercial negotiations with international suppliers, develop brand development plans and commercial strategy;

** Develop a work plan and strategy for product procurement;

** Study market requirements, analyze competitors, identify new trends and conduct relevant research as needed;

** Negotiate with local trade points and plan/agree on marketing activities;

** Constantly monitor sales performance by distribution channels, continuously analyze brand sales and replan relevant activities if necessary;

** Monitor product turnover, study and analyze the causes of product loss/excess production, and plan relevant activities;

** Constant communication with foreign partners and exchange of information related to brand development.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education, preferably in Business Administration and/or related fields;

** At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;

** Fluency in English and Russian;

** High-level knowledge of office programs (Excel);

Personal skills:

** Planning and organization skills;

** Ability to conduct effective negotiations;

** Ability to conduct effective presentations;

** Analytical thinking;

** Accuracy and attention to detail;

** Results and development orientation;

** Teamwork skills.
