Head of Doctoral Program in Business Administration

The International Black Sea University announces a vacancy for the position of Head of the Doctoral Program in Business Administration.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Leading and developing the academic and research direction of the doctoral program;

** Ensuring the program's compliance with modern academic, research, and international standards;

** Coordinating the implementation of the program's educational and scientific-research components;

** Coordinating the activities of the academic and scientific personnel involved in the program;

** Promoting the research activities, academic progress, and scientific development of doctoral students;

** Developing cooperation with local and international universities, research centers, and professional organizations;

** Encouraging the participation of doctoral students and academic personnel in international research projects, conferences, and scientific publications;

** Promoting the principles of academic integrity and research ethics;

** Participating in the processes of quality assurance, self-assessment, and accreditation of the program;

** Identifying the needs for the development of the program and implementing relevant initiatives.

Qualification requirements:

** A doctoral or equivalent academic degree in Business Administration or a related field;

** Experience in academic and scientific-research activities at a higher educational institution - at least 6 years;

** Knowledge and experience in developing or improving educational programs;

** A scientific publication in a peer-reviewed journal with an international index within the last 3 years and/or a practical/creative/performance project;

** Experience in supervising doctoral students/research papers is desirable;

** Computer programs - MS Office;

** English language - at least B2+ level;
