Job description: - Consulting and assisting clients in filling out banking documentation; - Offering non-credit products to clients and providing relevant services: term deposits, accounts, cash deposit/withdrawal, conversion. Cash and foreign exchange payment orders, non-cash conversion - Initial interviews with clients, registering loan applications; - Performing procedures related to loan disbursement and repayment; - Replacing employees working on other positions at the service center, if necessary.

Knowledge, qualifications, and skills: - Higher education is desirable; - Knowledge of office programs (MS Word, Excel); - Effective written and verbal communication skills in Georgian; knowledge of English and Russian is desirable; - Well-developed sales and service skills; - Analytical thinking and attention to detail; - Ability to work in a team; - Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
