The Operations Director will be responsible for the operational management of the company's current construction and infrastructure projects, coordination of work processes, and control over project deadlines, resources, quality, and results.

The main goal of the position is to systematically and efficiently manage the company's current projects, properly distribute human, technical, and material resources between objects, ensure that work is performed in accordance with the plan, and resolve operational problems in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities:

** Operational management and coordination of the company's current construction and infrastructure projects; ** Coordination and control of project managers, site engineers and work producers' activities; ** Determination of each project's work plan, priorities and key objectives; ** Control of work performance schedules and comparison of actual progress with planned indicators; ** Timely identification of delays, disruptions and operational problems on projects; ** Planning of measures to eliminate delays and control of their implementation; ** Effective allocation of resources among several ongoing projects; ** Planning and coordination of labor, construction equipment and mechanization needs; ** Control of subcontractors' work processes, deadlines and results; ** Coordination of timely delivery of materials and resources needed for projects with relevant services; ** Control of daily operational status of sites; ** Receiving and analyzing systematic reports from project managers on the progress of work; ** Control of development and implementation of short-term and medium-term work plans for projects; ** Special control of critical works and issues affecting project deadlines; ** Organization of timely resolution of operational problems arising during the work process; ** Coordination of activities of various services and responsible persons within the project; ** Coordination with technical service of project changes, additional works and technical issues; ** Coordination with financial service of project budgets, current expenses and cash needs; ** Planning of material and service needs with procurement and supply department; ** Control of effective use of company-owned and rented equipment; ** Identification of operational and financial risks arising during project implementation; ** Control of project productivity and efficiency of resource use; ** Coordination of operational issues with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the project; ** Development and implementation of measures to improve and optimize work processes; ** Development of company's internal operational procedures and control mechanisms; ** Periodic analysis of overall status of current projects, main risks and expected results; ** Preparation of relevant managerial reports on company's operational activity.

The main areas of responsibility of the Operations Director are:

Project implementation

Ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the plan, deadlines and defined results.

Resource Management

Effective distribution of labor, equipment, mechanization and other operational resources among projects.

Deadline Control

Constant monitoring of work schedules and advance reaction to possible delays.

Project Coordination

Coordination of project leaders, technical services, procurement, financial services and other relevant areas.

Results Control

Systematic evaluation of the actual progress, productivity and operational results of each project.

Risk Management

Timely identification of problems and risks affecting project deadlines, cost and performance, and implementation of appropriate measures.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in Construction/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field;
• Significant practical experience working in the construction or infrastructure sector;
• Experience working in a managerial position and managing a team;
• Experience managing or coordinating several construction projects in parallel;
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and work production technology;
• Experience in planning and controlling project work schedules;
• Experience in planning and managing human, technical and material resources;
• Experience working with subcontractors and controlling their performance;
• Ability to analyze project budget, expenses and key financial indicators;
• Understanding of technical documentation related to construction projects;
• Ability to quickly assess problems and risks in the project and make decisions;
• Strong organizational, managerial and analytical skills;
• Ability to make independent decisions in conditions of high responsibility;
• Effective negotiation and business communication skills.

Advantageous:

• Experience in managing large-scale state and municipal infrastructure projects;
• Experience with road, territory improvement, engineering networks, electrical infrastructure, hydrotechnical and other complex construction projects;
