Sales Assistant

"Georgia Real Estate Agency" (GREA) - a company that manages the sales and marketing direction of large development projects (including: "Lisi Topographi", "Arsenal Residences", "Rumix Development" and others) is looking for a Sales Assistant for a development project, whose main responsibilities will be:

** To answer and redirect incoming calls to the call center to sales managers.

** To effectively provide information about the company's product to potential clients;

** To provide primary information about projects to clients if necessary.

** To register clients in the CRM program.

** To respond to incoming messages on social media.

** To monitor / redirect incoming emails according to content.

** To monitor / ensure the smooth functioning of the sales office.

Qualification requirements:

** Education: Bachelor.

** Fluent speech;

** Languages: English, Russian;

** At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

** Computer skills - at a user level.

Personal qualities:

** Motivated;

** Positive;

** Communicative;

** Disciplined / punctual;

** Responsible;

** Ability to negotiate;

** Persuasion skills;

** Time management skills.

** Work schedule: 5 working days.

** Working hours: 10:00 - 18:30.

** Salary: fixed salary 1500 GEL + bonus.
