International Procurement Specialist

LLC "Onyx Corporation" Pharmaceutical production is announcing a vacancy for the position of International Procurement Specialist.

Location: Tbilisi.

Main responsibilities:

** Carrying out international and local purchases;

** Interaction with existing suppliers - planning of purchases and control of accompanying processes;

** Searching for new suppliers;

** Creation of a database of manufacturers in the commodity group, study and processing of the full range of suppliers, determination of their advantages;

** Determination of the dependence of the commodity group's self-cost, control and constant monitoring of raw material prices;

** Implementation of the procurement process according to the existing standard; production of procurement-related documentation;

** Production of a supplier base (constant updating);

** Search/processing of new brands;

** Analysis of competitors' prices and capabilities;

** Searching for products according to requirements.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education is desirable - in the field of business administration or economics;

** Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook is mandatory;

** At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;

** Knowledge of English and Russian is mandatory.

Personal skills:

** Analytical thinking;

** Punctuality and result orientation;

** Ability to conduct negotiations;

** Teamwork skills.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Remuneration: Individual, depending on the candidate's experience.
