Location: Tbilisi, Vake

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of dishes and products from the menu according to established recipes and standards;
• Control of dish quality, taste, and presentation;
• Organization and timely execution of work processes in the kitchen;
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards;
• Control of product storage conditions and expiration dates;
• Identification of problematic issues and effective response;
• Oversight of daily kitchen processes and ensuring stability.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of practical experience in a professional kitchen and in a specific section;
• Knowledge and practical experience of international HACCP and hygiene standards;
• Professional culinary education or relevant certified culinary courses;
• Effective communication and quick decision-making skills;
• Attention to detail and organization;
• High sense of responsibility and professional readiness.
