Financial Manager

Clinic "Baiebi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Financial Manager.

The Financial Manager is responsible for supporting the clinic's financial operations through financial analysis, preparation of reports, and assistance in budget management. This role involves analyzing each patient's services and performing necessary calculations for accurate billing in the required format for insurance companies and the Ministry of Health.

Main responsibilities:

** Financial analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of various services to support strategic planning.

** Billing analysis and calculation: Analyze each patient's services, perform necessary calculations, and ensure accurate monthly billing for insurance companies and the Ministry of Health in the required format.

** Compliance: Adhere to hospital rules and procedures, including confidentiality and security of financial information.

Qualifications:

** Knowledge of billing procedures and requirements of insurance companies and the Ministry of Health.

** Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

** Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Experience in billing and reporting with insurance companies and the Ministry of Health.

Skills:

** Analytical and problem-solving skills;

** Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);

** Organizational and time management skills;

** Attention to detail and accuracy;

** Sense of responsibility;

** Compliance with the clinic's ethical principles;
