We are a small team in Tbilisi and this is the first hire on the employer side.
What you will do - Bring Georgian companies onto findjobs.ge as direct posters: call and visit HR teams, show them the board, help them claim their listings and post directly. - Own the employer desk: answer questions, handle removal requests with care, and turn feedback into changes on the site. - Build relationships with the 50 largest employers in Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi. - Work directly with the founder every day; what you learn from employers shapes what we build next.
What we are looking for - Fluent Georgian and working English or Russian. - Two or more years in B2B sales, recruiting, HR or account management. - Comfortable on the phone and in a meeting room; organised, honest, and patient with people who are busy. - You like making things simpler for other people. Experience with job boards or HR software is a plus, not a must.
