Product Expiration Date Management Operator

LLC "Aversi-Pharma" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Product Expiration Date Management Operator

The goal of the Short-Term Product Management Specialist position is to effectively coordinate the short-term product management process, control product expiration dates, manage return processes, and collaborate with relevant internal and external parties to improve operational efficiency and reduce losses.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Daily communication with suppliers; Constant communication with pharmacy network managers, brand managers, category managers, and non-medication direction representatives; Updating and managing the contact information database; Interaction with the warehouse and control of internal transportation processes; Coordination with the transport service; Control of the short-term product collection process; Software alignment/correction of product expiration dates; Development, updating, and sharing of product return standards with brands and suppliers; Monitoring and coordination of the product return process.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education; At least 1 year of experience working with 1C system; Knowledge of Russian and English at A1 level is desirable; Proficiency in computer programs (1C ERP program and MS EXCEL); Communicability and collegiality; organization and responsibility, balance Ability to work in a busy mode and solve problems in a timely manner;
