Tourism Complex Manager

LLC "Kvareli Wine Gviranebi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Tourism Complex Manager.

Work location: Kakheti, Kvareli; Working hours: Full-time; Remuneration - 4000 GEL + bonus.

Main responsibilities:

** Managing the daily operational processes of the complex and ensuring its smooth functioning ** Constant monitoring of operational processes, identifying and optimizing shortcomings ** Participation in the development of short-term and long-term strategies for the development of the complex ** Managing financial flows, controlling daily income and expenses ** Annual budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring its implementation ** Developing, implementing, and supervising high standards of service ** Constantly assessing the level of customer satisfaction and responding to feedback ** Ensuring effective coordination between structural units and departments ** Rational distribution of tasks, priorities, and responsibilities among team members ** Identifying the need for employee qualification improvement and organizing/conducting relevant trainings ** Maintaining relationships with existing B2B partners, tour companies, and suppliers ** Searching for new partners, initial communication, and conducting commercial negotiations ** Participating in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and special events ** Proposing new initiatives to stimulate the sale of products and services ** Overseeing the supply chain and ensuring the smooth operation of the procurement process ** Periodic control of material resources, product, and inventory stocks ** Participation in inventory management, updating and writing off the material base ** Overseeing the maintenance of the complex's infrastructure, technical equipment, and territory ** Ensuring strict adherence to labor safety, sanitary-hygienic, and fire safety norms

Qualification requirements:

** At least 3 years of experience as a manager; ** Knowledge of foreign languages at a communicative level; ** Knowledge of labor safety norms; ** Ability to manage a team; ** Ability to conduct negotiations; ** Ability to produce documentation;
