Fast Food Facility Operator

We are announcing a vacancy for a Fast Food Facility Operator position at a cafe located in the Martvili Canyon area.

The position involves serving customers, taking orders, and preparing products according to established standards.

Workplace: Martvili Canyon area

Work duration: 2 months

Work schedule: 10:00-19:00

Main responsibilities:

• Professional and courteous service to customers and providing necessary information about products;
• Taking orders, processing them correctly, and fulfilling them on time;
• Preparing fast food products and drinks presented in the menu in accordance with company standards and recipes;
• Controlling product quality, visual standards, and the cooking process;
• Safe and correct use of small kitchen appliances and professional equipment;
• Controlling products and work supplies, storing them in appropriate conditions;
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace;
• Effectively managing the sales process and offering relevant products to customers;
• Coordinated work with the team and providing necessary support in the work process.

Workload

The work process is characterized by stable and moderate workload. The facility serves an average of 20-30 orders per day, allowing the work process to take place in an organized and quality-oriented environment, without constant high intensity and continuous customer flow.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 3 months of experience working in a food facility, fast food, or service sector;
• Good communication and customer service skills;
• High sense of responsibility and organization;
• Ability to learn quickly and acquire new skills;
• High standard of cleanliness and hygiene norms;
• Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively;
• Teamwork skills;
• Responsibility for observing safety rules for equipment and machinery in the work process.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 10:00-19:00;
• Fixed salary: 1200 GEL;
• Bonus from sales: average 500 GEL per month;
• Accommodation: provided by the company;
• Food: provided by the company;
• Workplace: Martvili Canyon area, unique natural environment;
• Employment duration: 2 months.
