Hanivel Cement has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Hanivel Cement is the sole clinker producer in Georgia. The country's first concrete plant was launched in 2009. Currently, Hanivel Cement operates 15 concrete plants.

Hanivel Cement announces a paid internship for the position of Mechanical Engineer-Inspector at the Kaspi Cement Plant.

Work location: Kaspi, Parnavazis Street N2 Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 Number of vacant positions: 1

Main responsibilities: - Inspecting aggregates - temperature, vibration, lubrication condition, and their proper functioning, identifying damages, and diagnostics; - Analyzing aggregate conditions and their state, and submitting reports; - Reporting on all inspected aggregates, both by email and in the SAP system; - Uploading notifications on aggregate damages to the SAP system; - Participating in the implementation of short-term and long-term repair plans; - Participating in determining critical aggregate stocks (spare parts); - Identifying materials needed for major repairs; - Familiarizing yourself with new aggregate documentation and preparing a preliminary technical service plan; - Checking the quality of performed work; - Ensuring compliance with labor safety rules and regulations in the company's work area;

Desirable: - Higher or professional education in mechanical engineering; - Preferably, completion of AutoCAD training; - Knowledge of using work tools; - Ability to read and create drawings; - Experience in this field is desirable; - English language skills; - Quick thinking; - Teamwork; - Sense of responsibility;

Candidates with relevant education and work experience may have the opportunity to be employed as a Mechanical Engineer-Inspector without the internship stage, under conditions corresponding to their experience and qualifications.
